Schools kill creativity. Feel free to suggest other topics in the blog comment space below. You need to look at lots of different aspects of your practise and reflection for this. As well as incidences of good teaching I also observed poorer teaching, with some lessons that consisted of worksheet after worksheet with no differentiation.
My sole concern at the moment about GPP is that at times the class can be unfocused therefore I hope to combat this by planning engaging and motivating lessons that are relevant to the children. I believe I have been successful in not having too much of an emotional response to the effectiveness of each lesson, and therefore pushing or progressing forward to the next opportunity.
